NBA Star Under Fire for ‘Disgraceful’ Comment About Angel Reese — Outrage Ensues!

Angel Reese has dealt with plenty of critics over the past few years. At this point in her career, it’s nothing new to her.

Reese, the No. 7 pick from the WNBA Draft, has been mocked by fans when she has a rough performance on the court. She has also been called out for her bold fashion choices. This time around though, she’s apparently dealing with criticism from an NBA player.

Earlier this week, Uninterrupted shared a few messages from Reese about her future goals. The star forward from LSU has made it clear she wants to leave an incredible legacy behind.

“I’m going to be a basketball player, model, influencer, business woman, fashion girlie, podcaster, unapologetic, take care of my family/friends, set records, create history, be the first, set trends, win at everything in life, etc,” Reese wrote. “My goal in life is to be a billionaire and I will without a doubt so yes I’m a focus on it all equally while learning an growing but also pulling others along.”

Interestingly enough, former NBA All-Star Kevin Love commented on this Instagram post about Reese.

Love wrote, “I’m gonna go ahead and take the under.”

Some fans are convinced he was responding to Reese’s comment about “fall a thousand times but get right back up a million more.” Others, however, are convinced he was taking a shot at the 22-year-old star.

“Angel Reese bashing as a trend is incredibly bizarre,” one fan said. “It’s bad enough when it’s ‘fans’ doing it but when an athlete whose entire brand is centered around mental health does it…what kind of message are we supposed to get from that exactly? @kevinlove you should be ashamed.”

Another person tweeted, “Kevin Love so weird. Hating Angel Reese is a trend, people see the engagement it brings so they hop on the bandwagon.”

“He hasn’t been relevant since 2016,” a third fan replied.

For what it’s worth, Reese has not responded to this remark from Love. Perhaps she will later this week.

Reese had an impressive rookie season in the WNBA, averaging 13.6 points and 13.1 rebounds per game. She’ll try to be even better in her second year with the Chicago Sky.
