Following the game, Patrick Mahomes discussed the presence of Taylor Swift at the game, making it clear that he certainly noticed her.
“Yeah, I heard she was in the house,” Mahomes said during the postgame interview.
Mahomes was asked if he felt a little bit of extra pressure to get Kelce a touchdown knowing that Swift was watching, and he admitted that he did.
“Yeah, I felt the pressure,” Mahomes said. “So I knew I had to give it to Trav. And of course, Travis, he does his own thing and just makes up a route and I just throw it to him. I think he wanted to get into the end zone just as much as the Swifties wanted him to.”
The Chiefs had one of their best performances of the season with Swift in attendance, so maybe they’ll hope she attends all of the games this year.
