Britain Taylor Swift Concert

Taylor Swift fans arrive at Wembley Stadium before the first London concert of the Eras Tour on Friday, June 21, 2024 in London.

Southwest Airlines announced it’s adding over 10 new flights to accommodate Swifties flying to New Orleans and Miami for the pop star’s performances this fall.

Both cities are hosting three consecutive Taylor Swift concerts each, and attendance could easily surpass Super Bowl numbers with the Crescent City hosting the big game a year after the South Florida event.

Swift will play Oct. 19-20 in Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium, then Oct. 25-27 at Caesars Superdome.

Southwest is adding flights from Austin, Texas, and Baltimore/Washington on Oct. 24; then from Dallas Love Field Airport and San Antonio to New Orleans on Oct. 26. New returning flights will be added on Oct. 27, but those details weren’t available.

In Florida, the airline is adding a flight from Baltimore/Washington to Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood and Nashville to Miami on Oct. 17, with returning flights to the same spots Oct. 20.

The new flights follow “strong demand from last year’s U.S. tour,” Southwest said in an news release.

Swift’s shows in the Superdome have sold more tickets than any other concert in the venue’s history.
