Angel Reese opens up about her expectations of being happily married by the time she reaches her 30s on the latest installment of her podcast.

While not new to basketball, Angel Reese just stepped foot in the WNBA finishing her rookie season. As she continues to step up the ladder, fans likewise, feel that the Chicago Sky player has a lot to achieve. In a recent episode of Unapologetically Angel with comedian Funny Marco, she shed some light on her 8-year goal.
Angel Reese and Funny Marco chatted on a spectrum of subject matter, from childhood to WNBA to dating life and so much more. As the two filmed an outro, the former asked the latter for any final questions the comedian might have. Taking up on that offer, Marco asked Reese where she saw herself in eight years. Considering that the top-10 pick will become 30 by then, Reese shared the life goal she aimed to achieve.

Marriage seems to be a faraway prospect for the Sky star as she is presently not involved with anybody romantically. Although the internet always comes up with a load of dating speculations, the 22-year-old herself confirmed it on her podcast. Earlier this year, Reese was linked with NBA player Jalen Duren, to no confirmations though as the rumors eventually died down.

Angel Reese also took to X and expressed her views on the consequences of public relationships. Coming from experience, Reese wrote that she had pledged to not be transparent about her love life on social media. Adding to it she wrote that the people go overboard, as had happened in the past. Previously, she had also expressed her frustration with people manifesting theories about her romantic pursuits out of thin air.

The LSU alumni has managed to make a brand out of herself with various endorsements at her doorstep. In an episode of Unapologetically Angel with co-host Maya Reese, the Sky rookie shed some light on her plans for the future.
After establishing that she wanted to get married by 27, Reese elaborated on her to-do list before marriage. Primarily, she stated having established herself as a businesswoman, enough to make that her biggest flex. Furthermore, Reese declared that she wouldn’t be marrying for money or other privileges but for love.
Likely so, Angel Reese’s luxurious lifestyle is not a secret to the fans considering she also gave a hint about her net worth being more than $2 million. The podcast being a major contributor, was an instant hit among the fans majorly because of how unfiltered the Sky forward remains. Additionally, Reese has always been up for clearing the air out on her podcast, regardless of how controversial the matter is.
