The Indiana Fever grinded out a hard-fought 84-80 win over the Connecticut Sun on Wednesday night, and it was a physical affair that had quite a few hard fouls getting delivered along the way.

Caitlin Clark was the recipient of one of those physical fouls, as she ended up getting bodied by an Alyssa Thomas screen, with the clip making the rounds on social media.

Clark got the last laugh, though, since the Fever got the ball back as a result of Thomas’ aggressive play. While the Sun star was complaining to the referees about the call, cameras panned to Clark sticking her tongue out in response to the play, with the video going viral on social media.

Clark has been the recipient of a lot of physical play in her rookie campaign with the Fever, but she hasn’t let it get to her, which has helped her continue to play at an incredibly high level all year long.

Further helping boost Clark’s mood is the fact that Indiana came out on top in this game, with the rookie star chipping in 19 points to help lead her team to victory.

The Fever are rolling, and as long as Clark can continue to play through the intense physicality she’s been on the receiving end of, her team should keep on winning.
