Clark, who had finished as the all-time highest scorer surpassing the legendary Pete Maravich, had acquired her own fan following by then. Ex-WNBA star Sue Bird took notice of the post by Boardroom on the social media networking site Instagram and reshared it on her Instagram stories noting that there has been a 150% increase in Freddy’s appearances since the mid-2024 WNBA season. Bird captioned the picture as “Freddy’s prices is not yesterday’s prices” in a humorous way.
