The retired Iowa coach and Clark have been known to share a healthy relationship on and off the court. Her message toward the Bluder family shows the bond created during her time at Iowa.

Clark played under Bluder for four years with the Hawkeyes. During her collegiate career, from 2020-24, the Fever guard was one of the most electrifying athletes in the NCAA.

She finished her college career as the NCAA’s all-time leading scorer for both men’s and women’s basketball, scoring 3,951 points. Clark averaged 28.4 points, 8.2 assists and 7.1 rebounds per game through four seasons in Iowa.
