The WNBA All-Stars topped Team USA in the All-Star Game on Saturday evening.

The WNBA All-Stars, led by Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese, topped the Team USA Summer Olympics squad at the home of the Phoenix Mercury on Sunday evening.

But while Team USA fell to the WNBA All-Stars on Saturday evening, Clark is still quite high on her colleagues heading into the Paris, France games.

“They’re gonna win gold and dominate so I’m not worried,” she said.

Diana Taurasi, 42, remains quite high on her team heading into Paris.

“Why not? I say this all the time: If I sign up to play, I sign up to play,” Taurasi told The Associated Press. “I don’t love how my last Olympics went personally. I think as a team we still have a lot to prove. I love playing USA Basketball. You play with the best in the world. Basketball is a team sport, and if you have the opportunity to play with the best in the world, I’ll always sign up.”

The 2024 Summer Olympics are scheduled to begin in Paris, France later this month.

NBC and Peacock will have full coverage of the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.
